Dr. Albert Wetter has over 10 years of advanced laparoscopic surgery.  After completing his surgical residency in England, he  pioneer the advanced laparoscopic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, where he continues to teach on a regular basis.  Dr. Wetter has been performing laparoscopic bariatric surgery since 1998. He is Board Certified (American Board of Surgery), Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a member of the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract, and of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.
