Dr.
Jaime Ponce has performed over 1000
Adjustable Gastric Band procedures since
1997, being one of the most experienced
AGB surgeons in the United States. He was
selected to participate on the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) clinical trials
of two brands of adjustable gastric
bands. He has received many awards and
been invited to lecture extensively about
the surgical treatment of morbid obesity
with specific emphasis in the gastric
band.
