We would here like to present ourselves, so that you know who we are and how we can help.

Surgical Team is an international marketing and coordinating office for surgeons. We help surgeons get exposure for their surgical procedures as well as coordinating all details with regards to the patient coming for surgery. Therefore, our client is the surgeon who has asked us to do his/her marketing.

• Marketing. Surgeons specialize in different procedures not readily available everywhere, especially at an affordable price, and therefore patients in need of help do not find them easily. Today, surgeons invest in different types of marketing techniques to inform the public of the availability of their services. These marketing techniques include television and radio infomercials, brochures, mailings, and companies like ours that specialize in reaching the public through different media (for example, the internet). The difference with us is that we are unique in our international approach. We reach the globe.

• Coordination. Surgeons and their local office do not always have the time or means of properly assisting patients from far away. This is where Surgical Team plays a key role. We will assist you with all necessary information concerning the procedure, with communicating directly with the surgeon, with the booking for your procedure, with travel arrangements, etc., if you so wish. An example of our services: due to time differences, when we put you on a conference call with a surgeon, you might not know that the surgeon might actually be in his home well past midnight, and waking up to talk specifically with you. We have even had our surgeons speak to patients while attending conferences in Orlando, Florida or Tallinn, Estonia, or while skiing in Verbier, Switzerland, or visiting the Giza pyramids in Egypt. Try to find a local office that can achieve this.

• Logistics, efficiency and competitiveness. Apart from being a purely marketing company, we inform the patients on the different surgeons, their surgical procedures and the prices (Please note that in no circumstances do we guarantee the accuracy of the information that is transmitted by the surgeon through us to the patient, nor do we guarantee that the information is complete). Also, we help the patient in getting direct contact with the surgeon, with the booking for surgery, and with any other logistical matters, such as hotel and flight reservation, and local transportation (Again, we will gladly help the patients with all this if the patients so request, but we do not take any responsibility concerning surgery, bookings, flights, hotels, rates, cancellations, etc.)

Please note that we are not doctors, nor surgeons. All medical information relayed to you is material received from the surgeons that utilize our services. Although we might give you brief general descriptions of the procedures, we will let you speak or communicate directly with the surgeon to receive all necessary information, if you so wish. 

Our staff has helped hundreds of patients to have surgery across borders. We have a vast network of former patients, and many are available for you to speak to directly. They will tell you of their experience, and how the surgery has changed their lives. Today, we specialize in marketing for surgeons in certain surgical procedures. Many times, we receive requests for surgery for medical conditions that are not provided by the surgeons that have contracted us. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot help. One day, we hope to be able to provide surgeons performing a wide range of procedures.

Our offices are located in Florida, on Key Biscayne, just outside Miami. Although we are in the USA, our geographical position has no importance, since the surgeons and patients are anywhere in the world. We use all methods of communication available to us, whether e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Please note that our staff is multilingual and multinational. Presently, the following languages are spoken: English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Swedish.

Although our office hours are at least 9 to 5 PM, Eastern Time USA (=GMT - 5 hours), you can communicate with us by e-mail, telephone or fax, and someone will contact you as soon as possible. We check our messages on a continuous basis.
